- As its January and many like to take part in dry January I wanted to invite Katie McNicol to This Girl Can Talk. We discuss the theory of "Dutch Courage" and that you actually don't need a drink to achieve things you're nervous about, which includes going on a date.
- Within the episode Katie explains her journey into sobriety, her previous relationships, we also chat about dancing sober, what mocktails are best, dating apps and sober dating tips.
- Katie has a fantastic upbeat energy which is infectious, she is very open about her journey and it was great to chat to someone who promotes female empowerment.
